HOW WE BASE PRICING

Pricing

Does not include Fill Dirt if needed.

Concrete driveway (new, basic, un-reinforced) $5 per square foot 4-inch slab, basic finish

Costs Explained

Here are the main factors that will affect how much you pay:

1. Thickness of slab — 4", 5", 6" etc. More concrete = higher material & labor cost.

2. PSI / Strength — Higher strength requirements (e.g. 4,000 psi vs 3,000 psi) cost more.

3. Reinforcement — Whether you're using wire mesh, rebar, post-tensioning, fibers etc. Adds labor and material cost.

4. Site prep — Grading, excavation, formwork, gravel base or compacted base, drainage prep. If the site is tough or needs a lot of prep, cost increases.

5. Access and logistics — If equipment/trucks must travel far or can’t get close, or if pump trucks are needed, or permits are hard/expensive.

6. Finish / aesthetics / extras — Stamped, stained, colored, textured, cured, edged, sealed etc. These add to cost.

7. Demolition / removal — If there’s an existing slab or pavement that must be torn out first.

8. Labor rates in your area. Finishing, forming, curing etc.
